Carlos Henrique Rios Loyola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management across various industries, including Metals & Mining, Pulp & Paper, and Energy. Currently serving as the Global Director of Manufacturing at Radix since August 2021, Carlos oversees P&L, Sales, and Operations, reporting directly to the CEO. Previous roles include General Manager for the Upstream Business at Radix and Global Program Manager for Leasing Operations Portfolio in the O&G Upstream Market. With a foundational background from Chemtech as a Project Manager and Engineer, Carlos contributed to multidisciplinary engineering projects guided by PMBoK principles. Additionally, Carlos co-founded and held leadership positions at Mult Jr, enhancing junior business initiatives in Brazil. Academic credentials include a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC Minas, and an MBA in Project Management from IETEC.
