Gustavo Rios Costa is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in software engineering and operations management. Currently, Gustavo serves as a Project Manager at Radix Brasil since April 2024. Prior to this, Gustavo held the position of Director of PMO & Operations at Upstream from July 2021 to April 2024, where leadership of cross-continental teams and enhancement of project management practices in the LATAM region were key responsibilities. Gustavo also worked as a Project Manager and contributed to strategic initiatives and international team management. Other roles include Project Coordinator, Software Engineering Team Lead, Software Engineer, and Software Developer Intern at Radix Engenharia e Software, with a focus on software implementation in the oil and gas industry. Gustavo holds a degree from Instituto Militar de Engenharia, completed in 2016.
