Natalia Klafke

Natalia Klafke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and sustainability sectors. Since May 2010, Natalia has held several leadership roles at Radix, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Energy & Sustainability and Director of Energy Business, overseeing the P&L of the North America region. Previous roles include Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Engineer, focusing on green and brownfield projects for oil and gas customers and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. Before joining Radix, Natalia worked as an Upstream Program Manager at Radix Engenharia e Software and as a Process Engineer at Chemtech. Natalia began their career as a Process Engineer Intern at Innova. Education includes a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Master of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Processes from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
