Previously, Jarno held various positions in human resources, including HR Manager at Skindr.com, where responsibilities included establishing HR practices for a health tech start-up, and Human Resources at Classified Cycling, contributing to talent acquisition for an innovative drivetrain technology company. Other notable roles include Global Talent Acquisition a.i. at Loop Earplugs and HR Partner at Peripass, leading recruitment strategies in the logistics SaaS sector. Jarno also managed the recruitment division at Verpoucke and contributed to the development of postgraduate HRM programs at Hogeschool Gent. Educational qualifications include a Scale-up Masterclass from Vlerick Business School, a postgraduate degree in HRM from EHSAL Management School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a focus on human resources from HOGENT.
