Visar Jasiqi

Visar Jasiqi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Visar works as the Head of Product and Engineering - Kosovo at Radix, a fast-growing SaaS company that provides web-based enterprise software and market data to the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to their role at Radix, Visar held various positions at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K), including Chief Development Officer, Chief Operation and Outreach Officer, and Director of Training and Development Institute. In these roles, they were responsible for fundraising campaigns, operational management, outreach activities, and professional development programs.

Visar also worked as an Independent Consultant, where they provided consulting and training services. Visar was also involved in a five-year project as the Chief of Party for USAID TLP IPSC at the American University in Kosovo, where they provided overall leadership, guidance, and project management.

Earlier in their career, Visar served as the IT Programs Director at IPKO Institute, managing various IT programs and special projects. Visar also worked as a Senior IS Operator at the International Committee of the Red Cross, overseeing field activities and ensuring smooth transportation of released prisoners. Additionally, they worked as an Interpreter and Admin. Assistant at the UN-OSCE Joint Registration Task-Force, assisting with the creation of a documentation center and facilitating the registration process for municipal elections.

Visar Jasiqi has a diverse education history. Visar first attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they pursued further studies at The University of Sheffield and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, completing their studies in 2016. Returning to the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020, Visar Jasiqi obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Future Foresight and Innovation, completing their studies in 2021.

In addition to their formal degrees, Visar Jasiqi has also obtained several certifications. Visar completed the Design Thinking Micromasters program from edX in February 2021. In December 2020, they acquired the Nonprofit Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained multiple certifications, including the Project Management MicroMasters, Professional Certificate in Soft Skills, GSE2x: Leaders of Learning from HarvardX, PM9003x: International Project Management, PM9002x: Best Practices for Project Management Success, and PM9001x: Project Management Life Cycle, all from edX. In 2008, they earned the European Business Competence License (EBC*L). In May 2011, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and in June 2008, they obtained the EOQ Quality Systems Manager certification from the European Organization for Quality. Lastly, in June 2007, they acquired the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
