Bhaumik Vora, CSM® SFC™,CAPM®

Bhaumik Vora has over 16 years of work experience in the software development and project management field. Bhaumik is currently working as a Project Manager at Radixweb since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Project Manager at The One Technologies from January 2022 to February 2023, where they successfully managed multiple projects with large teams across various domains including Finance, E-commerce, and Health. Bhaumik has expertise in performing daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, task allocation, requirement gathering, and client communication for end-to-end project delivery.

Before that, Bhaumik worked at Silver Touch Technologies Ltd as a Project Leader from February 2021 to February 2022. Bhaumik effectively managed projects of the .Net team, handled the growth plan of team members, and ensured responsible project execution using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Basecamp. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Lead from October 2015 to February 2021 and as a Senior Programmer from September 2012 to November 2015 at the same company.

Starting their career at IBUSINESS Management in May 2009, Bhaumik worked as a Software Developer until August 2012. Bhaumik also gained experience as a Software Developer at Radix from 2007 to 2009 and Silvertouch in 2007. Bhaumik has demonstrated a strong skill set in project management, team leadership, and software development throughout their career.

Bhaumik Vora, CSM® SFC™, CAPM®, completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Gujarat University, where they studied computers, from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Bhaumik Vora has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Bhaumik became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in July 2021, through scrumalliance.org. In June 2021, they completed the Agile Kanban: Kanban for Software Development Teams course from Udemy. Bhaumik also obtained the Scrum Fundamentals for Scrum Master and Agile Projects certification from Udemy in June 2021. Furthermore, they hold the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, which they obtained in December 2020. Bhaumik Vora is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, which they obtained from the same institution in December 2020. Lastly, they hold the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf since June 2021.
