Jay Patadiya

Jay Patadiya has a diverse work experience, particularly in business development and sales. Jay started their career at Cygnet Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Trainee in May 2010 and then served as a Business Development Executive and later as a Senior Business Development Executive until September 2013.

In September 2013, Jay joined Radixweb as an Assistant Manager - Business Development. In this role, they had various responsibilities such as defining strategies for new business development, handling key business inquiries, managing a team of 10 professionals, executing campaigns for lead generation, and enhancing the CRM system. Jay held this position until November 2014.

After that, Jay progressed within Radixweb and took on the role of Business Development Manager from December 2014 to March 2016. During this time, they continued to handle key business inquiries and was involved in defining strategies.

In April 2016, Jay was promoted to Senior Business Development Manager at Radixweb, where they were responsible for overseeing the sales cycle until project deliveries. Finally, in April 2023, they were elevated to the position of Associate Vice President - Sales and continues to contribute to the growth of the organization.
