Richard Small Fcipd

Richard Small FCIPD has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 1994 to 2006, they worked in the Human Resources department at MK One. In 2007, they joined T M Lewin as the Head of HR, where they played a key role in implementing strategies and communication initiatives, including the introduction of the "Perfect Fit" concept. During their time at T M Lewin, they significantly grew the business through the expansion of the store estate and the increase in colleague numbers. In 2017, they joined Radley + Co as the Head of People, overseeing HR operations for the head office, distribution, and UK & international retail.

Richard Small FCIPD has a diverse education history. Richard first obtained their Chef's Advanced Craft Diploma from Loughborough College in 1990. From 1990 to 1992, they pursued a HCIMA Professional Certificate in Hospitality Management at Clarendon College in London.
