Richard Small FCIPD has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 1994 to 2006, they worked in the Human Resources department at MK One. In 2007, they joined T M Lewin as the Head of HR, where they played a key role in implementing strategies and communication initiatives, including the introduction of the "Perfect Fit" concept.
