Martyn Deal

Martyn Deal is a science and technology manager at Radleys, with extensive experience as a medicinal chemist focused on synthesizing novel chemical targets for drug discovery. They developed expertise in technology development and project management across various roles, including research scientist at Glaxo Wellcome and manager of technology development at GSK. Martyn also played a key role in pioneering automated synthesis and combinatorial chemistry at Glaxo. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
