Ashley Volkmar has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Ashley started their career at Excellus BCBS as a Customer Satisfaction Advocate, where they provided customer service for medical and prescription insurance. Ashley then moved on to Monroe Plan for Medical Care as a Claims Analyst and later as a Provider File Database Analyst. Following this, Ashley worked at YourCare Health Plan in various roles, including Team Lead for Provider Network Services and Supervisor for Provider File Maintenance and Credentialing. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at RadNet, where they have held various managerial positions since 2018.
