Rox Ann Sparks is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and legal consulting. Since August 1998, Rox Ann has served as the CEO and Legal Nurse Consultant at Sparks Consulting, where responsibilities include reviewing law cases and teaching NCLEX Review Classes. Concurrently, Rox Ann has held the position of Professor of Nursing and Assistant Director of the Vocational Nursing Program at Merced College since January 1987. Additionally, Rox Ann has been an Emergency Room staff nurse at Mercy Medical Center Merced Hospital since October 1981. Rox Ann's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regents University.
