Garry Carneal, JD MA, is the President & CEO of Schooner Strategies and RadSite. Garry is also an Accreditation Advisor at the Autism Commission on Quality and was previously a Policy Advisor at The Kennedy Forum. Carneal is the Founder & Strategic Advisor at ClearHealth Quality Institute and has held various leadership roles in organizations focused on healthcare quality and management. Garry holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MA.R. from Yale University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington and Lee University.
