Rajashri Sankavaram

Raj Sankavaram is the CEO of Radus Software. Raj has successfully led Radus to becoming one of the premier providers of Project, Program Management and Business Intelligence solutions to both Federal and Commercial clients. Raj is an effective communicator offering solid interpersonal skills to lead complex discussions, facilitate knowledge-sharing and build consensus. She is a results-centric manager accomplished in championing organizational change, maximizing project efficiencies and optimizing the performance of teams.

Since she started Radus Software in 2004, responsible for creating the corporate wide project management office (PMO). She established a central knowledge center for standardizing project management processes and practices based on PMBOK and agile standards. She is responsible for leading the project management team; motivating, mentoring, training, and the development and refinement of their project management skills.

Raj is a Certified Scrum Master and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has successfully managed and delivered several multi-million dollar projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Prior to joining Radus Software, Raj worked extensively as a subject matter expert of the Depart of Defense (DOD) Budget and Manpower systems in demonstrating the capabilities of the system to prospective clients and was responsible for company’s acquisition of several new clients.
