Byron Hargett

Byron Hargett is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning over two decades, currently holding the position of Senior Software Engineer at Radware since April 2007. Prior to Radware, Byron worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Covelight Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Radware, and at Hummingbird, Ltd. Additionally, Byron co-founded Reality Spectrum, which specialized in SSL VPN and secure collaboration software, and Triosoft, known for web-based casual games. Byron's earlier roles included Senior Systems Analyst at PennCorp Financial Group, Inc. and Systems Programmer/Analyst at Integon Life Insurance Company. Educationally, Byron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
