Efrat Banin has significant experience in project management and customer service within the technology and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Cloud On-Boarding Project Manager at Radware since March 2013, Efrat supervises and coordinates the On-Boarding process of Cloud WAF and Cloud DDoS customers globally, ensuring proper implementation in the technical services department. Previously, as an Order Management Controller at Radware, Efrat managed the entire ordering cycle for the APAC and US regions, facilitating communication among customers, sales teams, and various departments. Efrat's earlier roles include serving as a Customer Portfolio Manager at ICL Intelligent Logistics, overseeing export/import processes, and as a Sales Coordinator at MIGVAN GROUP, where responsibilities included collaborating with high-tech companies and managing customer orders and inventory.
