Noreen Rosica

Noreen Rosica has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Noreen is currently the Vice President of Human Resources, North America at Radware, Inc., where they lead all HR aspects and implements corporate policies and plans. Prior to this, they worked at LG Electronics as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they were a strategic HR business partner to the President and managed a team of HR professionals. Noreen also worked at Sony Electronics, Inc. for several years, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Manager of Human Resources. In these roles, they provided HR advisory support to senior leadership teams, managed HR initiatives across different departments, and led the design and implementation of new sales incentive plans. Before Sony Electronics, Noreen worked as an HR Business Partner at Sony Electronics, where they contributed to the e-transformation of the HR function. Overall, Noreen has extensive experience in organizational change management, talent management, and HR leadership.

Noreen Rosica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
