Vitaly V. has over 17 years of work experience in the field of technical support, with a focus on networking and security. Vitaly started their career in 2003 at Bezeq International, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they handled complex networking and security issues for government and corporate customers, and managed, configured, and troubleshooted CPEs from various leading vendors.

In 2005, Vitaly joined Radware, where they held several roles over the years. Vitaly started as a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 3 and worked their way up to become the Director of Global Support. In between, they served as the EMEA Technical Support Team Leader and the Advanced Customer Solutions, Escalation Manager.
