Vladislav Mishaiev

Vladislav Mishaiev is a C++ Software Team Leader and Scrum Master at Radware, where since February 2017, leadership has been provided to a team focused on the development of the Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) product within the Security sector, utilizing Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as a C++ Software Developer at Radware, contributing to core feature development and refactoring for web and API security. Between June 2014 and 2017, Vladislav served as a Network Operator at Hot mobile, responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting core systems in a large-scale production environment, along with technical documentation duties. Vladislav began a military career as an Officer (Captain) in the Israel Defense Forces from May 2008 to May 2014. Educational credentials include a degree in Electronics practical engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering (2014-2018) and attendance at the IDF college (2006-2008).
