Yoav Gazelle

As Chief Business Officer with over 20 years of sales leadership experience in global companies in the areas of networking, IT and cybersecurity, Mr. Gazelle leads all customer-facing functions worldwide and drives Radware’s global success. As CBO, Gazelle reports directly to the CEO and leads worldwide sales, sales engineering, professional services and business development. He is responsible for bringing new solutions to market, expanding Radware’s market footprint, scaling the business and expanding its go-to-market channels with OEMs, GSIs and cloud resellers.

Prior to this tole, Mr. Gazelle led Radware’s international sales organization as well as the EMEA and CALA business.

Prior to joining Radware, Mr. Gazelle served as President, Head of Europe and the Americas for ECI Telecom where he led the European, North and Latin American organizations as well as the corporate sales and marketing organization. While at ECI Telecom, Mr. Gazelle held a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions of increasing responsibility while leading the regions he served to constant and substantial growth and increasing profitability.

Mr. Gazelle holds a B.Sc. cum laude from the Technion – The Israeli Institute of Technology, in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
