Catriona Chapman is currently the European Director of Sales & Service at Radwell International. With previous experience as the Head of Customer Service Operations at Boohoo Group PLC and various sales and service roles at Capita, Catriona brings a wealth of experience in the industry. Chapman began their career as a Sales Manager at Carphone Warehouse and holds a degree in BSc Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
