Brian Allison is the current Vice President of the Heart Institute at Rady Children's Hospital. Brian has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role, Brian was the Vice President of Surgical Services at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha from 2008 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the surgical team and ensuring positive outcomes for patients. Brian also has experience as a State Director for The MENTOR Network, a home health care corporation. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operation of the company and its compliance with regulations. Brian is a dedicated leader with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.

Brian Allison has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha - School of Public Administration. Brian also has a Bachelor of Science - BS in Interpersonal Communication from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Brian is certified from the American College of Healthcare Executives in Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
