Golby Rahimi Saylor

Golby Rahimi Saylor, M.S., MFT, serves as the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Operations at The Chadwick Center, Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego since May 2021, overseeing administrative and clinical programs for the Children's Advocacy Center. Previously, Golby held the role of Vice President of Clinical Services at Mental Health Systems from January 2007 to May 2021, where responsibilities included operational leadership of mental health programs, workforce development, and grant proposal management. Additional experience includes various clinical and administrative roles in mental health services, including a lecturer position at San Diego State University, and private practice as a licensed therapist. Education credentials include a Master's Degree in Counseling from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
