John Moore

John Moore is a highly experienced medical professional with a distinguished career in pediatric cardiology. Currently serving as Director of Pediatric Cardiology at both Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and UC San Diego Health since July 2006, John has previously held significant leadership roles, including Director of Pediatric Cardiology at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and Director of Pediatric Catheterization Laboratory at UCLA Health. John’s early career includes a role as Co-Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Nemours Cardiac Center and a Director position at Rady Children's Hospital in the 1990s. John’s educational background includes an MD from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health, alongside residency training in pediatrics at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center and a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
