Stacy Sperle

Stacy Sperle has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist/Specialist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego since August 2015, focusing on ADA accommodations and the interactive process. Prior to this role, Stacy held various positions at Kaiser Permanente from 2000 to 2015, including Senior Business Analyst, HR Disability Coordinator, HR Recruitment Coordinator, and HR Administrative Specialist. In these roles, responsibilities included drafting Medicare policies, managing leave of absence cases, overseeing recruitment activities, and processing new hire paperwork. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Mary, earned from 1993 to 1997.
