Ted is our Quality advisor. He is continuously working with us to ensure we’re implementing best industry practices and provide quality services to our clients.

Ted is an experienced Quality professional with over 39 years of experience in the Quality arena in varying roles in medium to large pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He received his BSE in Biology and MS in Chemistry from Arkansas State University. Ted is an ASQC Certified Quality Manager and is a 6 sigma Black Belt.

Ted joined Baxter Healthcare in 1983 as a chemist and progressed through various roles serving as the Quality Director to three of Baxter Healthcare’s largest manufacturing facilities to Vice President of Manufacturing Quality Operations with seven global manufacturing facilities and three distribution centers under his direction. He moved from there to Vice President of Baxter’s Medication Delivery Division managing division responsibilities related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

After 30 years of service to Baxter, Ted moved to the Vice President of Quality for Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of solid oral and liquids oral dosage pharmaceutical products. There, Ted managed the Quality side of the third largest Generics manufacturer in the US.

After leaving Qualitest, Ted worked for various companies as a consultant providing Quality expertise and direction in several companies involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutriceuticals, foods, and research. Ted returned to the industry as the Vice President of Quality Operations for Par Pharmaceuticals and managed the Quality of multiple sites through a reorganization of the company. Ted now provides Quality expertise as a consultant to several companies, offering guidance and direction in the various aspects of Quality.
