Peter Kalafatis

Peter Kalafatis is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rael & Letson since 2018, Peter previously held the same title at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Peter was a Division Manager at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies from 2007 to 2015 and served as an Area Manager at CSAA (AAA) from 2003 to 2007. Peter Kalafatis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
