Kenna Wynne-Jones has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Kenna is currently the Senior Consumer Engagement Director at Rael, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dermalogica as the Marketing Director from October 2021 to July 2022. Before their role as Marketing Director, they were the Associate Director of Brand Marketing from March 2020 to October 2021 and the Senior Brand Manager from September 2018 to March 2020.

Before joining Dermalogica, Kenna worked at Bellami Hair as the Marketing and Communications Manager from February 2018 to August 2018. In this role, they managed the social media team and led the influencer and affiliate programs. Kenna also developed the social media strategy and content plan.

Previous to their time at Bellami Hair, Kenna was the Marketing and Community Manager at Seedling USA, Inc. from June 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they successfully created and led all social media initiatives for new product launches, joint partnerships, experiential events, and program development. Kenna exceeded the goal of 25M impressions and increased Seedling's Facebook likes by 400% and Instagram followers by 142% in 18 months.

Kenna's career started at bebe stores, where they held two roles. Kenna first served as the Social Media Manager from January 2013 to June 2016, where they developed, managed, and executed social media strategies across various platforms. Kenna also increased Instagram followers and converted sales through social media posts. Kenna later became the Public Relations and Events Coordinator from February 2010 to January 2013, strategically executing press previews, celebrity partnerships, and retail events.

Prior to their time at bebe stores, Kenna had internships at BCBG Max Azria as an Entertainment Relations Intern from January 2010 to March 2010 and at Sterling Public Relations as a Public Relations Intern from January 2009 to June 2009.

From 2008 to 2012, Kenna Wynne-Jones attended FIDM and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Merchandise Marketing.
