Hava Kalfoun-Botbol

Hava Kalfoun-Botbol is an experienced validation engineer currently working at Rafa Laboratories since August 2017. Prior to this role, Hava held various positions, including an engineer in validation and project management at Alcon, a Novartis company, where responsibilities included validation management for ophthalmologic implant manufacturing, computerized system administration, and project leading for process developments. Previous experience includes a CSV/validation/process consultant role at Bio-Chem Engineering Ltd., where Hava focused on computerized system validation and process validation in a biomedical device manufacturing environment. Earlier roles encompassed quality control at Coty, QA analysis for new drugs at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and research assistance at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Hava holds a B.Sc. in biochemical engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has completed additional educational courses, including a SOLIDWORKS essentials certificate.
