Michael Gilenson

Michael Gilenson is a seasoned professional in Quality Control and analytical laboratory management, currently serving as QC Laboratory Manager at Rafa Laboratories since February 2022. Previously, Michael held key positions at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals as PMO and Equipment Lead QC, and spent nearly two decades at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. where roles included Analytical Compliance Specialist and Analytical Lab Sector Manager. Michael's early career included experience at Teva Pharmaceuticals in various analytical and quality analyst roles, as well as a position as a Quality Analyst in the Analytical Lab at the Israeli Ministry of Health. Michael began a research career at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of Ukraine Academy of Sciences before obtaining a Second Degree in Environmental Chemistry from Donetsk National Technical University.
