Tom Roginski

Tom has been CFO/COO at RaffertyWeiss Media for the last two years. He is in charge of all financial and operational function for the company and brings over 23 years of experience as a CFO/COO of various small businesses with him.

Tom has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees from startups to established family businesses, handling all financial and accounting matters as well as some operational functions. He works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media staff on a weekly basis.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting from Siena College where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for the first ten years prior to becoming a consultant and business owner.
