Sonia John

Sonia John is an experienced educator currently serving as a Secondary Science Teacher at Raffles International School since September 2020. Previously, Sonia held the role of Head of Science and Science Teacher at Victoria English School from September 2017 to August 2020, focusing on Biology for IGCSE and AS levels while leading the science department. Prior teaching experience includes positions at Emirates International School, where science and math were taught, and Southport State High School as a Graduate Teacher in science. Additionally, Sonia worked as a Copy Editor at Macmillan Publishing. Sonia holds an iPGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from UCL and has earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Bachelor of Biotechnology (Hons) from The University of Queensland.
