Naomi Kezia

Naomi Kezia is an experienced Weddings and Social Events Manager at Raffles Jakarta, where responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and maximizing revenue through upselling. Previously, Naomi held the role of Catering and Conference Service Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, focusing on customer partnership development, managing wedding and social event inquiries, and successfully organizing over 50 events. Naomi began in the hospitality industry as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Four Seasons, recognized as the Best Trainee, and has also served as a Food and Beverage Intern at Padma Resort Legian.
