Ngurah Ciptadi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ngurah began their career as an English Teacher at SMAS Katolik Cor Jesu Malang in 1991 and worked there until 1994. Ngurah then joined IALF Education for Development as a Language Instructor in 1994 and was later promoted to the role of Language Specialist, where they worked until 2001.
In 2001, Ngurah joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and held various positions within the Human Resources department, starting as a Training Coordinator and later advancing to Assistant Human Resources Manager and then Human Resources Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan. Ngurah was then appointed as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, and eventually became the Director of Human Resources for Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta and Four Seasons Residences Jakarta. From 2012 to 2014, Ngurah served as the Director of Human Resources for Four Seasons Resorts Bali, overseeing both properties in Jimbaran Bay and Sayan.
In 2014, Ngurah moved to Raffles Jakarta, where they currently hold the position of Director of Talent and Culture.
Ngurah Ciptadi pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1988 to 1993, they attended Universitas Negeri Malang and obtained their bachelor's degree (S.Pd) in English. Later, they enrolled at the University of Sydney from 1997 to 1998, where they completed their master's degree (MA) in Applied Linguistics with a specialization in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
