Thomas Wai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in general management and human resources across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and arts. Currently, Thomas serves as General Manager at both Raffles Medical Group and PeopleSolve Pte Ltd, focusing on medical services and healthcare recruitment, respectively. As Co-founder and Director at Cups Media, Thomas led the company from inception to multimillion revenue. Thomas also held leadership positions such as Chairman of The Artground and Chief People Officer at both National Gallery Singapore and Singapore Art Museum. Previous experience includes roles at EVYD Technology and BLINK Design Group as a strategic HR leader.
