Ezat Said Mohammed possesses extensive experience in customer service, public relations, and security management across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative (Quality Assurance) at Rafid Automotive Solutions since June 2023, Ezat is responsible for gathering customer feedback and resolving issues efficiently. Previous roles include Real Estate Advisor at Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC, Public Relations Officer at Expo 2020 Dubai, and Security Manager at African Company for Security Services. In addition, Ezat has worked as a Customer Service Representative for Telecom Egypt and served as an Administrative Officer for the Egyptian Ministry of Defense. With a Bachelor's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the Egyptian Military Academy and a diploma in Crisis Management and Negotiation from Nasser Higher Military Academy, Ezat combines military discipline with practical experience in diverse operational environments.
