Marlon Castro

Marlon Castro has a diverse work history, starting as a Crew Member at Freebirds World Burrito and working their way up to roles such as General Manager and Manager at various food establishments. Marlon has experience in overseeing daily operations, handling customer complaints, training staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. Most recently, Marlon has been an Executive Assistant and Human Resources Assistant at Rafii & Associates, P.C., where Marlon provides administrative support and maintains employee records. Additionally, Marlon has worked as an Operations Coordinator at JUMP Bikes and in various roles at other companies such as Precision Auto Title Service and Brus Wiffle. Marlon is currently pursuing further education at West Los Angeles College.
