Network Operations

The Network Operations team at Raft Technologies is responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing the company's low latency, transcontinental communications system. The team ensures seamless network performance, promptly addresses any issues, and continuously improves system reliability. Key roles include the Network Operations Center (NOC), which handles real-time network monitoring, the NOC Manager, who oversees operational strategies, and the Shift Manager & Tier 3 NOC Engineer, who resolves complex technical problems.
