Miles Reiter

Miles Reiter has a diverse work experience. Miles began their career at Film Indy as a UX Designer, where they audited existing tools, designed quality assurance test cases, and established a style guide. Miles then joined NorthQuad as a UX/UI Designer, balancing design responsibilities for client companies and implementing research ops. Miles also worked at Codelicious as a UX Designer & Product Manager, leading the volunteer team and facilitating workshops. Miles served as a Tech Fellow and Fellowship Executive Committee Chair at Indy Tech Fellowship, and later joined Bolstra as a UX & Product Manager, where they built a research practice and drove the transition to an agile release-cycle. Miles is currently a Sr. UX Designer & Researcher at raft, working on integrated product teams with government partners and leading the TDRS project.

Miles Reiter obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics with cognate and minor in Media Applications from Indiana University Bloomington from 2013 to 2017. Miles'sfocus of study during this time was Human Computer Interaction and Social Informatics. In addition, they acquired a certification in UX Foundations: Accessibility from LinkedIn in January 2021.
