Victoria Amoroso

Victoria Amoroso has a diverse work experience in UX research and design. Victoria is currently working at Raft as a Lead UX Researcher and Designer since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior UX Researcher and Designer at the same company since April 2022. Before joining Raft, Victoria worked as an Independent Consultant and UX/UI Designer at Victoria Designs, LLC, where they focused on designing and supporting data-centric applications for the Department of Defense and commercial clients. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer and Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2021 to March 2022. Victoria also served as a Lead UX/UI Designer and UI/UX Designer at Novetta from November 2018 to January 2021, where they worked closely with the VP to optimize contract awards and provided art direction and critique to designers. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Designer at Travel Leaders Network from June 2016 to November 2018. Victoria started their career as a Graphic Designer at Syracuse University - Maxwell School from August 2014 to May 2016, where they redesigned the main website and created various print materials for international programs. Victoria also gained experience as a Resident Advisor at Syracuse University Office of Residence Life from August 2014 to May 2016, where they planned and led engaging programs for residents and developed strong relationships with staff and residents. Overall, Victoria has a strong background in UX research and design with a range of experience in both corporate and independent settings.

Victoria Amoroso attended Syracuse University but the start and end years are unknown. Victoria pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Graphic Design and Psychology. Later, in 2019, they enrolled at Bentley University where they are currently studying User Experience.
