Ben Rawls has extensive experience in leadership and board governance, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. since 2004, where responsibilities include facilitating communication with the CEO and fostering a collaborative environment. Rawls holds various board member positions with Relevant Church since January 2012 and The Journey Church since September 2011, along with previous roles as an Elder at River Hills Church from 2007 to 2010. Previously, Rawls served as CEO of Versar Inc. from 1991 to 2004 and held financial management positions at International Paper from 1964 to 1972. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Florida Southern College, along with studies at Boston University and the University of Miami.
