Catherine Carter has an extensive background in sustainability, environmental management, and business/economics. With experience in various roles such as Vice President, Senior Manager, Consultant, and Research Intern, Catherine has worked on projects related to municipal water and wastewater utilities, sustainability initiatives, and small business sustainability consulting. Catherine has a Master's degree in Environmental Management and a Master's degree in Public Administration, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, Biology, and Environmental Studies. Catherine has also taken on leadership roles as a Mentor Resident Assistant, Editor-in-Chief of a student newspaper, and Teaching Assistant at Duke University.
