Collin Drat is a Senior Manager at Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., with experience in various roles related to statistical analysis and public policy. Prior to this position, Collin served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University, where responsibilities included tutoring graduate students in statistical methods and instructing on the use of SAS software. Collin also held internships at the GW Regulatory Studies Center and the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation, focusing on policy analysis and market-based management, respectively. Additional roles include a Graduate Research Assistantship at SPEA, an internship with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and a Citizenship Assistant position at World Relief DuPage. Collin holds a Master of Public Affairs in Economic Development and Public Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from Wheaton College.
