Henrietta Locklear

Henrietta Locklear has been working at Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. since December 2011, where Henrietta holds the title of Vice President. Prior to that, Henrietta worked at AMEC from August 2004 to December 2011 as a Project Manager. Henrietta obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, after completing their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government in 2002.
