Jim Flick is a Senior Consultant at Raftelis since December 2021, focused on organizational assessments for local governments and utilities to enhance efficiency across various functions. Concurrently, Jim serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Master of Public Administration program at Northern Kentucky University, teaching critical subjects such as Public Policy and Ethics.
