Michelle Ferguson

Michelle Ferguson is currently a Vice President and Senior Manager at Raftelis, a local government and utilities management and financial consulting firm. Prior to this, Michelle was the Organizational Assessment Practice Leader at The Novak Consulting Group, a local government and nonprofit management consulting firm. Michelle also has experience as a Senior Management Advisor at Management Partners, Assistant County Manager at Arlington County, and Assistant City Manager at the City of Overland Park. Michelle earned their MPA in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
