Myra Ray-Howett

Myra Ray-Howett is an accomplished professional with a strong background in public administration and management analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Raftelis since December 2022, Myra previously held roles including Management Analyst for the City of Cambridge, Maryland, and Executive Administrative Coordinator at the Anne Arundel County Partnership for Children, Youth and Families. Myra's experience also includes a Legislative Fellowship with the Delaware General Assembly and an IPA Public Administration Fellowship at The Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration. Additionally, Myra has worked as a Communications Intern with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and as a Contract Administrator at Willow Construction, LLC. Myra holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
