Rebekka G. Hosken is a seasoned management consultant and finance expert with extensive experience in providing innovative solutions to governmental entities, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Raftelis since September 2020. With a strong background in financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning, Rebekka previously held the position of Finance Director for the City of La Cañada Flintridge and served as Budget Officer for the City of Simi Valley. Rebekka's career includes significant roles in various municipalities and consulting firms, where responsibilities ranged from managing multimillion-dollar budgets to facilitating focus groups and implementing process improvement techniques. Rebekka holds an MBA in Business/Public Management from Boston University and a BA in Russian & East European Studies from the University of Michigan. Active in professional organizations, Rebekka is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the California Society for Municipal Finance Officers.
