Todd Cristiano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial consulting for utilities. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Raftelis since May 2017, Todd leads project teams to develop sustainable financial solutions for water-related utilities. Previously, Todd held roles as a Manager at Raftelis, Principal Consultant at Stantec, and Manager of Rate Administration at Denver Water, where key initiatives included overhauling rate-setting methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at ARCADIS as a Senior Consultant and Black & Veatch as a Consultant, focusing on financial analysis and consulting services for municipal utilities. Todd began their career as a Project Control Engineer at Fluor and as a Sales Engineer at Advanced Composites Group Ltd. Todd holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
