Julia MacDonald

Julia MacDonald is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Group FP&A Manager at Rafter Group since April 2024, Julia previously held the position of FP&A and Strategy Manager at Blackbird. Julia's tenure at Canva as a Senior Analyst in FP&A involved significant contributions to the company’s internal reporting framework and financial plan execution. Earlier roles include Finance Analyst for Group Strategy and FP&A at Lendlease, where Julia developed a firmwide strategy update and supported M&A activities, as well as a Graduate Finance Analyst role at Lendlease where Julia created financial reporting dashboards. Julia began their career with a summer internship at PwC Australia and also worked as a Retail Assistant at MOZI. Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the qualification with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
