Heather Rafter

Heather Rafter is the Founder and Principal of RafterMarsh US, a law firm focusing on cutting-edge technology. Heather also works as a Consultant at Gobbler, providing business development opportunities and legal advice within the audio industry. Heather serves as part-time Counsel for BrightTALK and previously held roles as Counsel and Board of Advisor at Sixense Entertainment, Inc. and Counsel at Gild. With a background as the General Counsel at Digidesign, a division of Avid Technology, Inc., Heather brings extensive legal expertise to their roles. Heather obtained their J.D. from Columbia Law School after graduating magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
